The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for Bienvenue Private Security Ltd. She will manage front desk operations by receiving visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth communication and office efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (registering visitors, issuing visitor passes, etc.).
Schedule appointments, meetings, and assist with staff communication.
Handle correspondence (letters, emails, packages, and deliveries).
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
Assist the HR/Admin office with routine tasks, including staff attendance tracking.
Support company events, trainings, and meetings when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of Grade 12 Certificate (Diploma in Business Administration/Secretarial Studies is an added advantage).
Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary, or front desk officer (preferably in a corporate/security environment).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet usage).
Professional appearance, etiquette, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Trustworthy, reliable, and organized.

Personal Attributes:

Friendly and approachable personality.
Excellent customer service orientation.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Attention to detail and proactive attitude.

Remuneration:
