Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Manage appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 12 Certificate with credits in English and Mathematics.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Front Office Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
