  • Responsibilities:
    • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
    • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
    • Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable.
  • Requirements:
    • Must be a Kitwe resident.
    • Grade 12 Certificate or 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Computer literate with proficiency in basic software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
    • Customer-friendly attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
