Role Description
Were hiring on behalf of our client in the security industry. This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist, located in Lusaka. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting and directing visitors, and handling phone calls with professionalism. Additional duties include performing clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence. The Receptionist will also provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors while maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
