JOB DETAILS:
Industry: Agribusiness (Fertilizer Operations)
Location: Zambia (Outside India)
Reporting To: Head of Fertilizer
Key Focus Areas:
- Financial & depot-level reporting.
- Stock & premises management.
- Staff supervision & performance evaluation.
- Procurement, expense control & supplier coordination.
- Sales, marketing, and field outreach activities.
Performance Metrics:
- Timely & accurate reporting.
- Target-driven sales performance.
- Effective budgeting & cash flow control.
- Customer engagement & market growth.
- Team development & store upkeep.
Requirements:
- Experienced in retail/wholesale operations.
- Qualified in Agribusiness (BSc/MBA preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office & IT tools.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Ready to relocate and grow across Africa.
- Adaptable under pressure with a proactive attitude.
