We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service, supporting team performance, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving service excellence. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and passionate about hospitality
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations during shifts
- Ensure all guests receive prompt and friendly service
- Support and motivate staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas
- Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
- Oversee stock control and coordinate with suppliers as needed
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Communicate effectively with management and provide shift reports when required
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a supervisor or team lead in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory control
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
