Job Description:
Reload Logistics urgently requires the services of a dedicated Safety Officer to join our team in Ndola. We are seeking a qualified professional who is a resident of Ndola to ensure the safety and compliance of our operations in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and standards.
• Provide safety training and guidance to staff.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
• Monitor and maintain safety equipment and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certificate in Safety Management (e.g., Comsoc 1 & 2, Samtrac, or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in logistics or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk management.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Must be a resident of Ndola, Zambia.
