Position :SAFETY OFFICERS × 2

Location: LUSAKA & PETAUKE

We are inviting qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Safety Officer based in Lusaka and Petauke.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce the company’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety briefing sessions.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and compile comprehensive reports.
• Train staff on safe work practices and emergency procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Valid membership with a recognized safety regulatory body such as Zambia Occupational Health and Safety Association (ZOHSA)
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in construction, industrial, or corporate environments.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Must be willing to work in the designated location (Lusaka Based and Petauke Based).
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
