Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will drive business growth and client acquisition in the Copperbelt and North-Western provinces. This includes direct sales, managing key accounts, and working closely with global OEM partners and internal teams to deliver ICT solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and create effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report findings
- Provide training and support to the regional sales team
Qualifications:
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, ICT, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in ICT sales or business development
- Experience with enterprise-level IT solutions and services
- Strong business acumen and ability to close deals
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
