JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will drive business growth and client acquisition in the Copperbelt and North-Western provinces. This includes direct sales, managing key accounts, and working closely with global OEM partners and internal teams to deliver ICT solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise clients and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and create effective sales strategies
• Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report findings
• Provide training and support to the regional sales team

Qualifications:

• Degree in Sales, Marketing, ICT, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in ICT sales or business development
• Experience with enterprise-level IT solutions and services
• Strong business acumen and ability to close deals
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: bachelor degree
