Advert: Sales & Marketing Specialist (Construction Materials) – Weaverbird

Weaverbird is expanding and we’re looking for a resultsdriven Sales & Marketing professional with proven expertise in construction materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Weaverbird’s presence in the construction materials sector.

Build and maintain strong client relationships with contractors, architects, and distributors.

Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Lead marketing campaigns that highlight Weaverbird’s innovative, sustainable solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to align product positioning with customer needs.

Skills

Solid background in sales and marketing within the construction materials industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.

Selfmotivated, targetoriented, and passionate about sustainable building solutions.

Qualifications

l 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction or chemical industries.

l Strong understanding of building materials, industrial chemicals, and related products

l Excellent communication and negotiation skills

l Ability to work independently and as part of a team

l Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

l Valid driver’s license is an added advantage

l Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
