A customer-focused bakery is seeking an energetic and reliable Sales Person to deliver excellent customer service, promote bakery products, and support daily sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection
• Promote bakery products including bread, cakes, and pastries
• Process sales accurately using cash, mobile money, and POS systems
• Ensure correct pricing, receipts, and cash handling
• Maintain clean and attractive product displays
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally
• Assist with daily stock checks and report shortages or damages
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Adhere to customer service standards, company policies, and hygiene rules

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
• Previous sales or customer service experience (retail or bakery preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, reliable, and customer-focused
• Basic numeracy and POS system knowledge
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
