Job Overview:
Liberty Life Insurance Zambia seeks a qualified Sales Supervisor to oversee Bancassurance and Alternative Distribution channels. This role involves managing sales teams, ensuring compliance, driving retail strategies, coordinating training, and fostering business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Risk & Compliance: Ensure sales activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards; monitor ethical sales practices and data protection; gather customer feedback and market intelligence; support accurate reporting.
Training: Develop, coordinate, and facilitate training for sales teams; update training materials; track progress and ensure measurable outcomes; prepare sales presentations and proposals.
Supervision: Guide and monitor sales teams; implement retail strategies; identify new sales opportunities; track campaign performance; foster team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 4–6 years relevant experience in Sales or Marketing.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Planning, organizing, and delivery-oriented
- Ability to uphold organizational principles and values
