Job Summary

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advanced digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires strong expertise across digital channels, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to mentor junior team members while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, email, and display advertising.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable digital strategies with measurable KPIs.
  • Lead campaign planning, execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.

Paid Media & Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Allocate and manage budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization of creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Lead keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to improve website performance, UX, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor search rankings, traffic trends, and technical SEO health.

Content & Social Media Oversight

  • Guide content strategy for blogs, websites, social media, and email marketing.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Oversee content calendars and social media engagement strategies.

Analytics, Reporting & Insights

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platform dashboards.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve future performance.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for management.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and support junior digital marketers and content creators.
  • Work closely with sales, design, product, and external agencies to align digital initiatives.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or specialist role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and driving measurable results.

  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), and email platforms.
