JOB DETAILS:

AB Bank is looking for a passionate individual who is ready to take up an exciting challenge in a fast-paced environment of a growing Bank, in the position of Senior Marketing Officer will be based in at our head office in Lusaka. The successful candidate amongst other responsibilities will oversee the overall operations of the marketing department and ensure exceptional customer service.

Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:

• Developing and executing customer-focused marketing strategies aligned with the bank’s vision.
• Managing brand positioning, corporate identity, and strategic communications.
• Delivering advertising campaigns, public relations efforts, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Analysing customer satisfaction, retention trends, and sales data to improve marketing impact is also required.
• Designing and launching customer-centric banking products based on market and user insights is essential.

Your Minimum Qualifications and Competencies should be:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related course.
• Alteast 2 years working experience in a busy Marketing environment.
• Good Leadership and communication skills.
• Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing.
• ZAQA verified certificates.
