Role Overview:

You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing attentive service with a smile and creating a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests warmly
Present menus, take accurate food and drink orders
Serve meals and beverages efficiently
Handle payments and use POS systems
Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas

Requirements:

General Certificate of Education (GCE)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, bar, or lounge
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
Diploma in Hospitality or related field is an added advantage
Friendly, presentable, and able to work in fast-paced environments

Shisha Attendant (x1) at The Ace Lounge
