Role Description

This is a full-time field-based role for Solar Energy Promoters at d.light in all parts of Zambia. The Solar Energy Promoters will be responsible for communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales, educating customers, managing repayments and implementing marketing strategies.

The role is commission based. Incentives includes upfront commission, quality of sale commission, revenue share, volume linked incentives and payoff bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales experience
• Marketing knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
• Digitally literate with own smartphone
