JOB DETAILS:
To prepare high-quality meals according to restaurant standards, ensuring consistency, flavor, and presentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, cook, and plate meals according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Assist in menu planning and specials.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Train and support junior kitchen staff.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- Culinary training or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Creativity and passion for food presentation.
