Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Support learners with physical, emotional, and learning challenges.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse needs.
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, and school staff.
- Monitor and report learner progress.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Special Education (or related field).
- 2 to 3 Years Experience working with children with special needs.
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
