Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and monitoring of work rehabilitation programs to ensure successful return-to-work outcomes
- Assist with coordination of multidisciplinary teams and manage follow-ups for employees in rehabilitation
- Assist in delivering and monitoring work hardening, conditioning, and pain management group programs
- Track program participation, progress, and compile reports for evaluation and continuous improvement
- Facilitate communication between rehabilitation teams, medical providers, HR, and site stakeholders
- Help identify and escalate complex cases requiring specialized intervention
- Support the Coordinator in administrative duties, training, and updating rehabilitation protocols
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or related allied health field (preferred)
- Experience or certification in functional capacity assessment, work rehabilitation, or pain management is a plus
- Experience or certification in group exercise instruction
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
- Detail-oriented with good data management and reporting capabilities
