We are seeking a highly skilled, accurate, and confidential Stenographer to provide comprehensive secretarial and transcription support to our senior management team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in documenting confidential meetings, hearings, and official correspondence, ensuring precision and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take verbatim dictation using shorthand/stenography methods during meetings, interviews, hearings, and internal proceedings.
  • Transcribe dictated material accurately and efficiently into official documents, reports, and minutes.
  • Perform timely and accurate typing of correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Maintain a confidential and highly organized filing system for sensitive documents and executive correspondence.
  • Manage the executive calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate logistics for meetings, and handle travel arrangements as required.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming correspondence, phone calls, and visitors.
  • Assist with general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the executive office.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: A minimum of a Diploma/Advanced Certificate in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or equivalent.
  • Typing Speed: Proven typing speed of at least.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Stenographer, Court Reporter, or Executive Secretary, preferably in a environment.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document formatting.
  • Integrity: Unwavering commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
