JOB DETAILS:

About the Role: We are seeking a meticulous Stock Controller Clerk to be a key part of our inventory team at our plant. You will ensure accurate stock records and contribute to the smooth flow of materials essential for our production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precise data entry for all incoming, outgoing, and internal inventory movements (raw materials, work-in-progress, finished bricks, packaging).
• Assist in conducting regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and investigate any discrepancies.
• Generate and maintain essential inventory reports and documentation.
• Manage inter Branch transfers
• Support the organization and tidiness of all storage areas.
• Collaborate effectively with warehouse, production, and dispatch teams.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualification in any business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills.
• Previous experience in an inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
