Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and qualified individual to fill the position of a Technical Manager. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mufulira. The Technical Manager aspect of the role includes responsibilities such as managing technical operations, providing technical support, and overseeing projects to ensure smooth broadcasting operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Management and Project Management skills to effectively lead and oversee technical and production teams.
- Technical Support expertise with proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining broadcasting equipment.
- Proven strong Analytical Skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) to create insightful content and deliver innovative broadcasting solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a passion for delivering credible and engaging current affairs content.
- Familiarity with broadcasting platforms and equipment, as well as media production processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications or related field.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and interact effectively with a diverse audience and team.
