Background information about the job or company

Kazang is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Lead / Key Account Lead to oversee the Smart Invoice team and manage key KPOS client accounts. This role combines technical leadership with key account ownership to ensure smooth onboarding, system adoption, ZRA compliance, and exceptional client support.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Lead and supervise the Kazang Smart Invoice team
  • Oversee Smart Invoice installations, activations, and rollouts
  • Monitor ZRA activation and compliance status
  • Act as the escalation point for Smart Invoice and KPOS-related issues
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all KPOS clients, including corporate, franchise, and multi-branch accounts
  • Manage onboarding, installations, and client training
  • Coordinate upgrades, back-office setup, and system enhancements
  • Monitor system usage, adoption, and Smart Invoice readiness
  • Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions
  • Liaise with clients, sales leadership, and technical/support teams

Experience needed

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in technical support, systems implementation, or IT operations
  • At least 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory or key account management role
  • Experience supporting POS, invoicing, or payment systems
  • Knowledge of ZRA Smart Invoice requirements is an added advantage
