Saturnia Regna Pension Fund (SRPF), a multi-employer pension fund (The Fund), intends to apply a budgeted investment towards the construction of a 100 room student accommodation facility along Great East Road in Jesmondine area of Lusaka, right across the University of Zambia (UNZA) main campus.

African Life Financial Services (Aflife), the Fund Manager, is inviting sealed pre-qualification bids from eligible contractors for this undertaking. The prequalification bid is open to National Council for Construction (NCC) registered Contractors with Category B, Grades 3, or better proof of which should be shown.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Construction of student rooms as will be specified in the pre-qualification bid document
• Construction of supporting sports and entertainment facilities
• Construction of other external works

Bidders are advised to bid for the entire listed scope

The last date and time for receipt of completed pre-qualification bid documents is Thursday, 9June, 2022 at 15:00 hours local time. The Pre-Qualification Bids shall be opened later for evaluation, and only successful applicants shall be contacted.

Late bids shall not be accepted.
