3Paul's Secondary School has reserved some funds and wishes to apply part of the proceeds for eligible payments under the contract for purchase of one sixty seater bus.

Provincial Administration on behalf of St. Pauls Secondary School now invites sealed bids fron eligible bidders to supply the above vehicle. Interested eligible bidders may obtain information, inspect and purchase the bidding documents from the Provincial Administration, Procurement and Supplies Unit, Marshal Road, P.O Box 80903 Kabwe upon payment of a nor-refundable fee of MW 500.00. Submission Procedure

Sealed and bound bids clearly marked "Supply and delivery of 01No. 60 Seater Bus" addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Provincial Administration, must be submitted and deposited in the tender box at the Reception of Provincial Administration, Marshal Road, Kabwe, on or before 28th July, 2022 at 10:00 Hours Local time. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 21 of the bid sum from a reputable Commercial Bank or Insurance Company duly signed by the Guaranters Late bids shall NOT be accepted.

The bids will be opened soon after closing in the Bona Conference Hall, Provincial Administration, Marshal Road, Kabwe in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend
