LAMU/CIL/DEV/001/21: Tender for the Construction of a Modern Faculty Building at Chalala Campus-Lusaka

The Lusaka Apex Medical University Limited (LAMU Limited) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible companies for the construction of a Modern Faculty building at Chalala campus on plot No.3153844 Lusaka,
Bidding will be conducted through the selective bidding, all contractor with valid National Council Construction (NCC) Grade 1 to 4B are invited to bid.
Eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Company Procurement Unit at the head office situated along Kasama road Chalala or contact Head Procurement and Stores on cell: 0966828284.

Submission Procedure
Bids must be appropriately bound and clearly marked with name and tender number, as in above and be deposited in the Tender Box located at the reception of the Head Office in Chalala before Friday 12 November, 2021 at 10:00 hours local time.

Bidders are requested to submit a total of five (5) copies, One (1) marked original and Four (4) copies.
Please not that a site visit will be conducted on the 5th of November, 2021 at 10:00 hours, Bidder are to assemble at Lusaka Apex Medical University Chalala Campus. Late or Electronic and Telefax bids will not be accepted.

The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives in the Company head office boardroom on the 10 November, 2021 at 14:00 hour's local time.
