Jhpiego Corporation, an affiliate of John Hopkins University, is an international non-profit, non-governmental organization that works to improve the health of women and families throughout the world. Jhpiego invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of PIMA CD4 machines as per detailed specifications below

Terms & Conditions for Submission of Bid
All bidders should include:
• Price schedule Quotation
• Delivery Period for goods-with 4 weeks
• Payment Terms -30 days
• Taxes must be captioned separately, if any
• Bid Validity period -30 days
• Local Company Registration - Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Bank Statements for the last six (6No) months.
• 1 Original Bid and Five (5No.) Copies. Bidders submitting less than the required number of copies may be considered Non-Responsive
• Strictly non-Chinse Manufactured

Sealed bids received after the due date will not be included in the selection process

Submission Procedure

Sealed Bids must be delivered to the address below by 16:30hrs local time on or before Friday 3rd September, 2021 and deposited in the Tender box situated at the reception.
