Background

A Private Company is seeking to fill specially recruited positions for Translator/Senior Management. The recruitment target is graduates of Shaolin Temple in Zambia.

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Translator position: Undertake bilingual communication and translation work between the Chinese-funded team and local employees and partners; be responsible for on-site interpretation of business negotiations and daily meetings, as well as translation of various documents; assist in promoting cross-cultural communication and cooperation.
• Senior management position: Participate in factory operation management decisions, assist in coordinating production, administration, personnel and other modules; take the lead in team building and cultural integration, and coordinate to solve various problems in factory operation.

Core Job Requirements:

• Identify with the corporate culture of Chinese-funded enterprises, with good professional ethics and sense of responsibility.
• Translator positions need to have solid bilingual expression ability, and management positions need to have strong overall coordination and execution ability.
• Strong learning ability, able to quickly adapt to the working environment and rhythm of African factories.
