Job Summary

The Company invites applications from internal candidates (Toll Collectors and/or Senior Toll Collectors) for the position of Admin Clerk. The role provides administrative support in HR coordination, procurement, inventory control, vehicle administration, and compliance documentation.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Certificate in Computer Studies and/or Accounting
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • Proven experience as a Toll Collector and/or Shift Manager
  • Good understanding of toll plaza operations (advantage)
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
  • Knowledge of EHS, compliance, and administrative procedures

  • Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ethical conduct and rule orientation
  • Ability to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain manpower returns and employee records
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Assist with procurement and supplies distribution
  • Maintain inventory and conduct stock-taking
  • Support vehicle records, insurance, and road tax monitoring
  • Assist with duty-free rebate applications
