Job Summary
The Administration Assistant – The role focuses on customer service, sales documentation, order processing, Installation and coordination with operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely delivery of gas products while complying with industry safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and sales orders
- Handle customer inquiries regarding LPG refills, cylinder sales, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records of customers, LPG cylinder movements, refills, and sales transactions
- Coordinate LPG deliveries and refills with operations and logistics teams
- Monitor LPG cylinder inventory and assist with stock control
- Support customer account management, including follow-ups and payments
- Assist in compiling daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports
- Support promotional and customer awareness initiatives related to safe LPG usage
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong administrative, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic record-keeping systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

- Honest, reliable, and well-organized
- Willingness to learn LPG industry regulations and procedures
Working Conditions
Office-based with regular interaction with operations and customers
