Keda Zambia Ceramics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will support daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office management.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and departments

Prepare, manage, and maintain accurate office records and documentation

Coordinate meetings, schedules, and official correspondence

Handle filing systems, reports, and data entry with a high level of accuracy

Assist in procurement, inventory control, and office logistics

Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field

Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in an administrative role

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Good written and verbal communication skills

Required Skills & Attributes

Highly detail-oriented with strong time management abilities

Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision

Professional attitude with high levels of integrity and confidentiality

Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a proactive and positive mindset
