JOB DETAILS:

  JOB PURPOSE:
To effectively manage Partner Integrations & application changes to ensure Airtel Money Business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Raising the CR:
• Requirements – Collect complete, accurate information and with details required, engage all key stakeholders, ask all required questions for clarity on problem and solution needed.
• Perform Initial Impact Assessment – detailed understanding of the problem statement and high-level solution view and options
• Identify all key dependencies/risks and know how to manage them
• Understand how the solution will look like and Have view on proposed solutions
• Take and keep notes of all discussions gathered before raising the change request (CR) and ensure all are documented on the change requests
• Confirm alignment and get sign off from the OPCO Functional SPOC and OPCO PRM Lead on required solution.
2. Raising the CR:
• Fill the CR form accurately with details of all background work done
• Share the high-level IA’s solution documents with all the details for discussion with OPCO PRM Lead
• Follow up to get CR number within SLA and initial discussion of solution with OPCO PRM and delivery technical leads
Managing OpCo IT Projects & Delivery
Pre CR & Project Delivery;
• Own the SLA – CR #, IA’s, Approval – Track and Self measure – weekly Update.
• Ensure connectivity with partner vs. Mobile Money platform (VPN or point to point).
• Standard API configuration in Mobile Money platform to enable partner integration.
• Track the delivery – ensure all project delivery milestones are met – Own and Drive.
• Schedule meetings with Partners and escalate proactively before the milestone is missed – get required supportt.

Job Skills:
• Should be having strong knowledge in OS e.g. Linux, Window etc.
• Having sound knowledge in e.g. SQL, Oracle MySQL, JAVA, PHP
• Good understanding on network & virtual infra environment
• Leadership skills with ability to manage direction for other partners Application domain experts.
• Structured approach to work, with the ability to plan, and organize larger activities.
• Clear in communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to apply multiple technical solutions to business problems.
• Ability to make knowledgeable decisions on which business technical requirements cannot be met.
• Ability to assess the value from functions and capabilities of new technologies
• Have deep understanding of mobile money & Telco IT domain as well as architecture understanding for IT applications in a telecom environment.
• Have expertise in the area of Mobile Money, Pre-paid, Post-paid & VAS related applications.
• Have clear understanding on what is needed to deliver Application automation and simplification related projects.
• Be a believer of open source environment.
• Have wide-ranging vendor management capability to continue strong working relationships with key stakeholder and external peer. .
