Operational Support:

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities are consistently maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort.

Oversee front-of-house activities, including guest arrivals, check-ins, dining service, and departures, ensuring seamless and welcoming experiences.

Assist the Lodge Manager in supervising daily operations across guest services, food and beverage, and maintenance.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Monitor and maintain high standards of service

Staff Management:

Train, mentor, and manage housekeeping and front-of-house staff to deliver consistent service excellence.

Assist in scheduling and delegating tasks, ensuring adequate coverage for housekeeping and guest-facing roles.

Foster a positive workplace culture, encouraging teamwork, accountability, and motivation.

Guest Relations:

Lead front-of-house interactions, warmly welcoming guests, managing check-ins/outs, and ensuring personalized service throughout their stay.

Gather guest feedback and promptly address needs or concerns, with particular attention to room standards and service delivery.

Handle guest complaints with professionalism, resolving issues effectively to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

Promote a welcoming and memorable guest experience by ensuring staff attentiveness and proactive service.

Financial and Administrative Support:

Assist in managing budgets and monitoring expenses, with particular oversight of housekeeping supplies and front-of-house resources.

Handle procurement and inventory management, ensuring adequate stock of cleaning materials, guest amenities, and front-of-house supplies.

Maintain accurate records and provide reports to the Lodge Manager.
