Job Description
To develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization’s products and services, enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers 000.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of driving
measurable results.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google –
Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, and email marketing software.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.) will be
an added advantage.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing content
Support the marketing team in organizing virtual events, webinars, and product launches
Must have content creation skills that set you apart.
Must be able to design stunning graphics to bring ideas to life.
Conduct market research to identify new trends and optimize marketing strategies.
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights
Must have a results-driven mindset with a creative edge.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a passion for data-
driven decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Full Grade 12/GCE Certificate
Diploma in Marketing or its equivalent
2 years relevant marketing experience on different digital platforms, or content creation is an added advantage
Must have a valid driving license and a member of Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A qualification in Graphic design will be an added advantage.
