Location: Neelkanth Sarovar Premiere, Lusaka, Zambia
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
The Assistant Food & Beverage Controller will play a key role in monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs across all outlets of the hotel. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, track, and control food and beverage costs across all outlets.
- Analyze daily F&B reports and assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in monthly stock counts and reconciliation.
- Maintain records of inventory, wastage, and cost variances.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, specifically in F&B cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment.
