About the Role:
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in running daily operations and deputizes in their absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations
- Supervise and motivate staff
- Manage stock control and minimize losses
- Handle staff scheduling and performance
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor cash handling and sales reconciliation
- Maintain store hygiene and compliance
Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a retail supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of POS systems & Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of merchandising & stock control
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
