FMC Finance is a registered Micro-financial Institution. We are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee our operations in Lusaka. This role is crucial for driving growth and ensuring efficient branch management.
Responsibilities or duties
The Branch Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensuring set targets are met through providing strategic direction and leadership for the main branch and sub-branch teams.
- Overall strategy of the branch in all aspects.
- Leading from the front in terms of sales growth, networking, relationship management and creating brand awareness.
- Relentless search for new business/payroll opportunities in respective catchment areas.
- Providing regular staff performance evaluation as well as direct link between branch communications and Head Office.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience needed
3 years traceable experience in the same role in the financial sector.

This is a full-time position based in Lusaka. We offer a competitive remuneration package and a dynamic work environment.
