JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
This hybrid role requires a business-savvy professional who can provide consultancy services across departments and also deliver training that aligns with strategic goals and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze departmental performance and recommend process improvements
- Design and deliver training programs across safety, compliance, and operations
- Work with internal stakeholders to support change management initiatives
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in consulting or corporate training, preferably in petroleum or industrial sectors
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Certification in training, coaching, or project management is a plus
