Responsibilities:
- Conduct a rapid assessment of the team’s current business development strategies and skills.
- Deliver practical training on various business development aspects.
- Create practical BD tools and materials for the team.
- Offer post-training support to ensure skills application.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Development, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in training and capacity building in Business Development.
- Experience developing business development strategy plans.
- Familiarity with consulting, research, or development services sector.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
