Akros is currently recruiting self-driven, creative, problem solvers for the following Lusaka-based roles. Key position requirements are detailed below.
Business Development Specialist – Akros is in a rapid scale-up phase, and is seeking aggressive production levels from a BD specialist to support partner engagement and bid coordination and preparation from Lusaka, Zambia. S/he will work under the oversight of Akros’ Regional Director and participate in proposal preparation for both Zambia-specific and regional opportunities, track business development efforts for the organization, and assist with costing preparation and review, as required. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in public health, informatics or a relevant field. S/he will have at least three years of experience managing proposal preparation for development opportunities. S/he will work under the oversight of Akros’ Regional Director. .
