Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Complex Manager to oversee all operations at our new Quick Service Restaurant in Ndola. This role involves managing staff, ensuring financial performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a high-volume dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, and administrative functions.
- Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability, and implement strategies to improve results.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Develop and implement operational policies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain a positive reputation.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a QSR or fast-casual setting.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong business acumen and financial management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and customer service standards.
- Must be a Copperbelt resident or willing to relocate to Ndola.
