The purpose of the role is to develop and implement revenue growth and pricing strategies, maintain competitive market positioning, drive data-driven decision-making, foster cross-functional collaboration, and build internal capabilities through training to achieve both short-term and long-term growth for CCBA.
Key Outputs
Revenue Growth and Pricing Policies:
Develop clear revenue growth and pricing strategies that deliver both short-term and long-term growth for CCBA, in collaboration with the Coca-Cola Company.
Competitive Market Positioning:
Maintain and grow the market's competitive edge by identifying new revenue opportunities, proposing innovative pricing strategies, and ensuring world-class revenue growth initiatives are implemented
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Lead the integration of data across IT systems to develop actionable insights that support factual, data-driven decision-making processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Ensure alignment of revenue growth initiatives across the market, fostering collaboration among Sales, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain teams for optimal execution.
Training and Capability Building:
Develop and deliver training programs the continuous improvement of talent within market
Experience
6-8 year's Experience in Revenue Growth Management and / or Commercial strategy development within the FMCG sector
Strong understanding of the market's beverage market, including macroeconomic trends and competitor landscape
Proven experience in developing and executing business strategies, with expertise in pricing, innovation, business evaluation, and market research.
Demonstrated experience in using insights to influence innovation and business success, including both qualitative and quantitative insight development.
Proven track record in aligning cross-functional teams and working within emerging markets
Education
Bachelors degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Management, or related field
Professional accredited qualification e.g. CA or IMM would be advantageous
