Job Purpose:

This position is responsible in Credit department for Alliance Finance Corporation Limited

Department:

AFCL-Credit

Level/ Band:

L5

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing information to customers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
  • Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
  • Submit applications to credit manager.
  • Request Dealer Approval Letters.
  • Manage contract requests.
  • Ensure contracts are signed.
  • Confirm tracker and GPS installation and obtain the relevant certificates.
  • Ensure client method of payment are confirmed.
  • Close off all remaining requirements to ensure deals are finalized before month-end.
  • Ensure outstanding list items are followed up and closed timeously.
  • Responsible for approval of Sales Orders.
  • Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products to better meet customers' needs.
  • Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them
  • Updating and preparing daily application progress report.

Desired Profile:

  • Must have Credit management exposure.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of retail finance
