Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A degree qualification is a must (Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, or a related field).
  • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or related roles is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
