About the Role:

As a Customer Service Technician, you will be the frontline support for our clients, responsible for installing GPS and electronic tracking devices in vehicles and assets. You will also play a crucial role in client onboarding, training users on our Fleet Compass system, and ensuring optimal device functionality. Your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install GPS and Fleet Management Devices: Set up electronic tracking devices in client vehicles and assets, ensuring accurate and efficient installations.
  • Client Onboarding: Guide new customers through system setup and provide comprehensive training on Fleet Compass features.
  • Technical Support: Resolve technical issues and provide on-site support to minimize downtime and maximize system uptime.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Ensure prompt recovery of offline devices and maintain detailed service records.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and escalate unresolved technical issues as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, Automotive Electric Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in GPS or electronic device installation.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with hands-on technical expertise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
