HVGadgets is looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Associate to join our growing team. You will be the frontline voice of our company — responding to inquiries across our website, social media, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer questions, order inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Provide onboarding assistance and product information.
  • Resolve customer issues via WhatsApp, Facebook, email, and the HVGadgets website.
  • Collaborate with other teams (logistics, operations, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Must be available during business hours and occasionally weekends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Experience with customer service is a strong advantage.
  • Professional attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Must be serious, committed, and passionate about building a modern Zambian tech brand.
