Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Officer will drive Malu Capital’s online presence, brand visibility, and digital client acquisition. This includes running campaigns, managing social media, designing content, and analyzing digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
  • Create and schedule engaging content: graphics, videos, copy, and client success stories.
  • Monitor online enquiries and support digital client onboarding.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and track results.
  • Maintain the company website and ensure up‑to‑date product information.
  • Analyze marketing data and produce performance reports.
  • Support product marketing, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong skills in social media management and content creation.
  • Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or any graphic design tools.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and analytics.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience in financial services marketing is an added advantage.
