Digital Subscription Sales Executives (Multiple Positions)

Industry: Digital Media / Consumer Subscriptions

Location: Nationwide (Hybrid – Field & Online)

Engagement Type: Performance-based / Commission-driven

Role Overview

A fast-growing digital platform is seeking results-oriented Digital Subscription Sales Executives to drive paid user acquisition and subscription growth across targeted communities.

This role focuses on direct-to-consumer subscription sales, leveraging online communities, social networks, and organized interest groups to convert users into paying subscribers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new paying subscribers through digital channels and community engagement
  • Promote subscription offerings via WhatsApp groups, Facebook communities, Telegram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Instagram
  • Penetrate organized associations, interest groups, and digital communities to drive subscription uptake
  • Execute targeted digital outreach campaigns and one-to-one conversion strategies
  • Meet weekly and monthly subscription acquisition targets
  • Track leads, conversions, and customer feedback
  • Provide market intelligence on pricing, engagement drivers, and user behaviour

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital sales, subscription sales, or online customer acquisition
  • Strong understanding of social media selling, community marketing, and digital funnels
  • Ability to convert interest into paid subscriptions
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Experience selling apps, digital content, memberships, or SaaS subscriptions is a strong advantage

Preferred Attributes

  • Existing access to large online communities or organized groups
  • Experience with referral-based or commission-driven sales environments
  • Comfortable working with performance dashboards and digital reporting tools
