Background information about the job or company:

Tera Fleet Management Limited is currently seeking to employ a Document Management Specialist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities or duties:

  • Receive and inspect all documents for the company's and sub-contractor's fleet of trucks.
  • Manage the life cycle of documents including capturing, categorizing, storing, retrieving, and archiving.
  • Develop and implement document management processes and procedures.
  • Identify and classify documents according to relevant criteria.
  • Secure sensitive documents and ensure strict access control.
  • Ensure document management processes comply with relevant laws and standards.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of information under custody.
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications or requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Transport and Logistics or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in managing truck documents for inland and cross-border transportation.
  • Familiarity with relevant documentation for fuel/acid tankers, flat bed, and low bed trucks.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and meticulous work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operation skills.
  • Aged 35 years and below.
  • Permanent residence in Ndola and the Copperbelt is preferred.
