We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to support company operations through the transportation of staff, goods, and documents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, adherence to safety standards, and proper maintenance of the vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily checks and ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
- Clean the vehicle regularly and ensure it is well-presented at all times.
- Monitor and ensure vehicle licenses, road tax, and insurance documents are valid and up to date.
- Report any mechanical issues promptly and coordinate necessary repairs or servicing.
- Ensure the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.
- Transport company staff to and from trainings, meetings, and various work-related locations.
- Take the maintenance team to branch offices for scheduled duties.
- Provide transport for authorized company staff as directed.
- Deliver and collect bills documents, mail, and equipment.
- Make payments and purchases on behalf of the company as authorized.
- Deliver proof of payments to relevant institutions.
- Collect company merchandise and purchases from vendors.
- Collect merchandise intended for donations or outreach programs.
- Deliver requisitions and other supplies as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid driver’s license (Class B, C)
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven driving experience
- Good knowledge of local roads and traffic laws.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
